RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns, exchanges, or refunds at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a customer’s return behavior is excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated returns of the same or similar items, bulk returns, or patterns that indicate potential misuse of our return policy.

We accept U.S.-issued credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Orders ship to the address provided. Delivery confirmation is proof of delivery. Risk of loss passes when delivered to the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Contact us at tenoversurfco@gmail.com to process refunds. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
